Most Loved Workplace (MLW) is the only survey that accurately discovers the authentic company employee experience. MLW is different from other engagement or job satisfaction surveys because it captures a two-way snapshot of trust of respect. While other lists focus on employee frustrations about monetary issues and desire for friendships and inner circles, MLW focuses on the reality behind how employees perceive their job and working experience.
The MLW model is concerned with the degree to which the company is collaborative, respectful, inclusive, and provides clear and positive paths forward for employees. MLW digs deep into the realities of the human condition and brings us into a new era of workplace success defined by inclusion, connection to each other, and a focus on trust and respect.
This survey, along with other data sources, such as focus groups, is entirely focused on helping you understand the employee experiences from your employees’ perspective. The survey takes a hard look at not your company’s values, but rather the actions that define living the values. The survey also examines three of today’s key work experience issues: trust, respect, and inclusion.
My first childhood hero, Jackie Robinson, underscored the need for connection over friendship, “I’m not concerned with your liking or disliking me… All I ask is that you respect me as a human being.”
Our Process and What Differentiates Us
1. We have partnered with Glassdoor, and similar rating services, to create a propriety software to integrate employer reputation into our research on a specific company.
2. Our 30+ years of research and delivery of 360˚ or multi-rater feedback, if nothing else, has demonstrated the need for short, focused surveys. Employees are very reticent of long surveys and ignore them or complete them without much thought. MLW is a simple five area model. Employees finish it on average in three to four minutes.
3. We created our version of the net promoter score, which identifies the percentage of employees who love the company.
4. We focus on trust, respect, inclusion, and a functional working environment. Our survey does not investigate a happiness level regarding activities that do not impact the employee experience, such as monetary aspects and desire for friendships, fun activities and inner circles.
