The insights I learned from David regarding how to understand how companies work in their respective geographic environments are still fundamental to how I approach these areas of Human Resources today. David can quickly evaluate and understand the culture of any company in any country at the operations and management level and determine where significant improvements can be made to help executives make better choices for candidates who are the “right fit” for the company. Sometimes he has to share messages that are true, though, which people do not want to hear to make these necessary changes, and David certainly has no hesitation in describing the culture like it is.
